We are proud to announce an important seminar series hosted by one of our partners, The Alexander Group (AGI), entitled RealTime Sales Productivity Management. In this seminar, AGI will be presenting a new sales leadership approach through which sales and marketing executives can speed up their organization's sales coverage decision making and improve their sales results. The RealTime SPM Approach helps sales leaders focus their organizations on generating and interpreting crucial performance metrics, while also preparing the organization to take rapid and effective action based on these metrics. The theme of the seminar is: It's not about data, it's about Action!
AGI developed the RealTime Methodology based on intensive research with clients over the last two years. It's designed to help companies get more productivity out of their sales channels and make successful new coverage bets (e.g., deploying a new telesales channel, creating a professional services group, etc.).
To succeed today, companies know they cannot be passive bystanders to their coverage "bets" and wait for end of year results to prove them right or wrong. They need these key metrics right now, to determine what's not working and to take corrective action. However, they are equally fearful of getting tangled up in systems issues and endless debates as they try to generate and interpret these metrics. RealTime SPM should help them meet these objectives and significantly improve 2003 results as a result.
