Howard Stevens is Chairman and CEO of Chally Group Worldwide, a talent management, leadership development, and sales improvement corporation providing personnel assessment and research services to more than 2,500 customers in 35 countries for over 35 years. Clients include such major international corporations as General Motors, Siemens, Global Imaging, Monster Worldwide, and CareerBuilder, as well as many mid- and smaller-sized companies. Mr. Stevens specializes in sales benchmarking, and is the creator of the original sales product lifecycle classifications. Chally has also created the largest statistical database and validation research for the evaluation of requirements for sales and executive positions, and in market and customer analyses. A licensed clinical psychologist, he is also known for his research and programs to develop a professional sales curriculum at the university level.
With diversified interests, he is the author of several books on sales and management including Achieve Sales Excellence, The Quadrant Solution (published in multiple languages) and Selling the Wheel. He has written many articles and is a frequent speaker and radio and television guest. His world class sales benchmarks program has been presented over 500 times across 30 countries for corporations, trade associations, government agencies, and universities. He has been a guest on CNN, Bloomberg USA, National Public Radio, Radio Free America, and other business based programs. Mr. Stevens also teaches “World Class Sales” benchmarks at the Columbia University Graduate School of Business, and serves on the Sales Advisory Board for Ohio University and the Theatre Board of Wright State University. Besides Chally, he also founded the Ohio Institute of Photography and is listed in Who’s Who and many professional references.
He has been professionally associated with several Washington-based groups where he has consulted for the Justice Department, the Defense Department, the Intergovernmental Personnel Act, and the Atomic Energy Commission. He is married with two sons and lives in Kettering, Ohio.

Kenneth W. Carroll, President, COO
Mr. Carroll has 30 years of industry experience in financial, information technology and general management assignments . A seasoned performance-oriented executive, he has a history of success in defining direction and leading organization change initiatives. In his most recent position as Principle in a Management Consulting Association, he focused his practice in interim executive assignments with organizations undergoing Merger and Acquisition transitions or other significant transformation programs. As Vice President and CIO for Unisource Worldwide, Inc., a $7 billion national industrial distributor, he developed and implemented an IT recovery and consolidation strategy to replace an ineffective ERP approach and reshape the organization infrastructure. Previously, for 20 years Mr. Carroll worked in Divisions and on corporate staff for Mead Corporation, where his responsibilities ranged from strategy and planning to Division CFO and Corporate VP of Reengineering. He received his BBA from the University of Cincinnati, attended Chase College of Law and is a licensed CPA in the State of Ohio.

Sara (Sally) C. Stevens, Vice President
Sally is the Vice President of Research and Development for Chally Group Worldwide, and is one of its founders. Her dual background in math/science and psychology has allowed her to work extensively in both professional and scientific management settings during the past 37 years. Before joining Chally, Sally worked in basic research developing new sophisticated laser dyes and liquid crystal compounds for the U.S. Defense Department.
Ms. Stevens supervises research and development activities that have produced both the instruments and measurement methods used by the Chally. These efforts have produced effective profiles for a complete array of sales, management, and technical positions in a variety of industries. She has also developed and presented Selection Interviewing, Career Development, and Management Development Workshops for present and potential managers and executives. As Vice President of Chally, she assists companies with large and small sales forces to select sales personnel to fit the selling situation and maximize sales force efforts through extensive analyses of customer requirements.
She has been an instructor at the University of Dayton in both chemistry and management. She volunteers her support to many non-profit organizations such as Junior Achievement, and is active in many charities. She serves on the boards of the Miami Valley Literacy Council and PALS for Life. Ms. Stevens is married, the mother of two sons, and lives in Kettering, Ohio.
Scott Hudson, Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Scott is Chally's VP of Sales and Marketing. He comes to Chally with over 18 years of success at Reynolds and Reynolds, the leading provider of Systems and Document Management solutions to the Automotive Retail Market. Scott's career at Reynolds & Reynolds included selling multi-million dollar document management programs to some of the largest companies in North America including Philip Morris USA, Ericsson GE, Aon Insurance, Service Master, Owens and Minor, and RR Donnelley. Scott achieved 12 memberships in Reynolds & Reynolds' 300 Sales Club, and earned 7 Presidents Club memberships representing the top 20% of 300 Sales Club achievers. Prior to leaving Reynolds & Reynolds, Scott was the Solution Executive that lead the highly successful $160M Integrated Documents management business unit.
Interestingly, Reynolds & Reynolds has been a Chally customer for over 20 years. During Scott's hiring process at Reynolds & Reynolds he took the Chally assessment and subsequently used Chally throughout his management career for candidate selection and employee development.

Barry Breig, Director, Information Technology
Barry joined Chally in September, 2004 and brings more than 30 years experience managing technology and leading information systems development to the organization. Barry’s diverse experience also includes strategic planning, product development, and the design and management of high-availability computer systems.
Prior to joining Chally, Barry held executive positions in the logistics and newspaper publishing industries, serving as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for Triplefin in Cincinnati, IT Director for the six newspapers in Gannett’s Gulf Coast Newspaper Group, and Vice President and Systems / Planning Director for the Buffalo News.
Barry was appointed to three terms on the Board of Directors of INTEREX, The International Association of HP Computing Professionals, and was twice elected Chairman of that organization. He is also community oriented and has been involved with the restoration of Frank Lloyd Wright’s Darwin Martin House in Buffalo, NY, provided leadership on several local school boards, and regularly coaches youth baseball and soccer teams.
A Cincinnati native, Barry holds a BS in Mathematics from the University of Cincinnati. He lives in Mason, Ohio with his wife, Barbara, and the younger of their two sons.

Dean Wright, Director of Sales Operations
Dean Wright joined Chally in February 2006 as Director of Sales Operations. He has many responsibilities in his role at Chally, including the creation and implementation of standard operating procedures. Dean is also responsible for the day to day management of Chally's telereseach and inside sales departments.
Dean brings a wealth of experience in sales and operations to Chally. He gained much of his management experience while serving as Regional Manager for a global safety supplier in the oil and gas industry. Most recently, he was General Manager to a multi million dollar company focused in the environmental market. Dean is originally from Dayton, Ohio and lives in New Lebanon with his wife and two children.

Jeanne Frawley, Business Development Manager
As Business Development Manager, Jeanne Frawley directs Chally's University Sales Education Initiative. Prior to her time at Chally, Jeanne held roles as Assistant Director of Admission for a national university, Training Manager and Senior Project Manager for a quality assurance agency, and a technology instructor for a business school in Philadelphia. Jeanne holds both her BA and MSE from the University of Dayton.

James Killian, Ph.D., Chief Psychologist and Director of Consulting Operations
Dr. James Killian is Chief Psychologist and Director of Consulting Operations. In this role, he is responsible for providing oversight and guidance on personnel selection system design, validation and implementation, professional development programs, new product development and strategic business growth.
Prior to his role at Chally, Dr. Killian was director of the selection practice at Hogan Assessment Systems, where he led a team of business psychologists focused on personnel selection system design and implementation. In addition to leading the selection practice at Hogan, he was also responsible for client management, feedback and executive coaching, and delivering certification workshops. Before his most recent role at Hogan, Dr. Killian was a research consultant with CWH Research, where he focused on job analysis, statistical analysis and the design of pre-employment and promotional tests and assessments, including situational judgment tests and high-volume, live-rater assessment centers for the public sector. Dr. Killian has conducted nearly 1000 feedbacks and coaching engagements and designed global and multi-national personnel selection systems for over 30 Fortune 500 clients. The author of over 30 articles, white papers, conference papers, technical reports and book chapters dealing with testing and assessment, psychometrics and the aging worker, Dr. Killian is passionate about using his background and expertise to serve as a true business partner for his clients.
Dr. Killian received his M.A. and Ph.D. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from the University of Tulsa and his B.S. degree from Texas A&M University. He is a member of the American Psychological Association (APA) and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP).
