If you cannot log into the assessment site:

• Make sure you are not entering the Password in the User ID field, and vice versa.

• Make sure you are not pressing the Enter key (or clicking on the "Click Here to Continue" button) after entering the User ID but before you have entered the Password.

• Make sure you aren't adding a space before, after, or inside a password. This is especially easy to do with the Password field, since onscreen it shows asterisks ( **** ) instead of what you are actually typing.

If you started the assessment, had to leave without finishing, and now can’t get back in:

• When you try to log back in to a partially completed assessment, it will ask you for your first and last name after you log in with your User ID and password.

• You must enter your name the same way you did when you filled in the Demographic Information. If you entered "John" and "Smith" in the Demographic, "Johnny" and "Smith" won't work to get back in.

• If you can’t remember how you entered your name the first time, and have tried every variation you think you may have entered originally, contact us for help.

If you started the assessment, had to leave, and now that you have logged back in it appears you have to start all over again:

• Don’t worry, it’s just showing you the opening instructions again ("Welcome to H.R. Chally On-Line Personnel Assessment Profiling") in case you need to review them. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the "Click Here To Continue" button and it will take you to your next page of unanswered questions.
