Manager and employee versions of the results can be ordered via the Internet at your convenience. A significant note about the two different reports: For the manager's report, definitive recommendations for hiring or not hiring are given.

The employee's report, however, contains no hiring recommendation. So, while the data is just as accurate and comprehensive, it is provided in the most comfortable fashion, with the tips for improving behavior put in terms of activities that employees themselves might undertake.
