"H.R. Assistant" Online Assessment System

As part of our strategic initiative to provide the most effective and convenient service to our customers, Chally has invested heavily in new technologies. For nearly a year, our IT department has been developing new software applications to consolidate all the options of the individual H.R. Assistant programs that had been created with unique customer specifications. We are pleased to announce a new H.R. Assistant online assessment platform that will provide a greatly enhanced suite of features and options.

The Most Customer-Praised Benefits

From your new H.R. Assistant Website, you will be able choose all your options:

• Assessment type (new hire or in-house developmental),
• Position (including multiple positions),
• Report type (Manager's Report, Employee's Report, or both),
• Who should receive the report (including copies to additional receivers),
• Online, 24 hours a day/seven days a week.

• There is no need to call an account manager or hand out User ID numbers manually.
• Reports can either be posted to a proprietary Website, or emailed directly to the people you choose.
• Once the assessment options have been chosen, the process will automatically send an e-mail announcement to the candidate with full instructions for logging on to the assessment Website and completing the assessment. An ID and password that are exclusive to that individual will be included with the instructions (no log-in numbers or ID's have to be requested, saved, or tracked)
• Your exclusive and secure H.R. Assistant Website will track the status of all candidates, including when they sign on to take the assessment, when they complete it, and when your report is ready.
• You will have more options and types of reports available than your present system accommodates.
• Through the Web, you can order an additional report (for a different position, for example) for any candidate who has previously taken the assessment, 24/7, without the candidate having to become involved or retake the assessment.
