What sort of information can Chally provide? Again, from the Standard Chally Assessment, 866 data points are collected on an individual. The assessment only needs to be completed one time to have a lifetime of results. Some possible applications of the results as they apply to leadership development: Chally can compare a single individual to a specific role, for instance, when an organization is looking to hire leadership from outside of the organization. Chally allows the organization to identify those candidates who are most likely to be successful in that specific role. Chally can also have a single individual compared to one or multiple roles for development, once that person has joined the organization. In addition to comparing candidates to particular roles that are within the organization, Chally provides expanded feedback on individual motivators and work habits that help describe how they will fit within a particular division, team, or organization. Finally, Chally has the ability to compare multiple individuals to multiple roles by using a Chally Talent Audit. The Talent Audit allows an organization to identify its bench strength and the individuals predicted to be successful against multiple roles. By identifying this bench strength, an organization can create a succession plan that has multiple individuals who could step up into a position if required. |
