Goals: To provide students from Chally-verified University Sales Programs with assessment results and to connect Chally clients with graduating seniors from these sales programs.
Student Cost: Nothing. Chally covers the cost of this service for any student completing a Chally-verified Sales Program. Only students who will graduate with a certificate, concentration, emphasis, minor or major in Professional Sales from a Chally-qualified sales program qualify for this service. Other interested students/departments can contact Chally for opportunities and rates.
Process: Chally prefers that the students be introduced to the assessment program by an individual who has completed the Chally Certification Process.

What Companies* Do
- Companies select the positions with Chally profiles for which they would like
students considered.
- Companies must also select the receiver to whom the results/resumes of matching students will be sent.
- Companies must provide Chally with position information to provide qualified students. Information should include any job requirements such as language and relocation requirements. Information can include general location information, compensation, interview processes, etc.
- Chally will process the students’ results on an ongoing basis, with a focus on graduating seniors.
- Students who match company profiles will be informed of their matches and provided the company/job information from Step #3.
- Interested students will work through Chally to be connected to the indicated receiver.

What Students Do
- Students will attend a session presented by a Chally Certified Representative. The session will introduce the program, the assessment, and the uses of the tools.
- Students will be provided a unique identifier and password to take the Chally assessment online.
- Feedback is provided to students regarding their personal results with an overview of their matches with six Chally sales profiles.
- Participating students’ results are run against participating client profiles.
- Students will be given a list of clients for whom they would have been ‘Recommended’ or ‘Recommended with Concerns’ for the given profiles.
- Students will then have the opportunity to review information about the job opportunities for which they were a match.
- Interested students will be connected with the client contact and the Chally assessment results will be provided.

*Companies - Participating companies utilize Chally validated profiles in their hiring processes. These companies will NOT have access to student’s personal information or results without expressed consent from the student. Companies participating in this program include, but are not limited to:

Schools - Participating schools have official sales programs. Students graduating from these programs will have experience in the sales field and will have obtained one of the following in Professional Sales: certificate, minor, or major. Schools invited to participate include, but are not limited to:
- Bradley University
- Illinois State University
- Kennesaw State University
- Northern Illinois University
- Ohio University
- University of Connecticut
- University of Toledo
- University of Washington
- Western Kentucky University
- William Paterson University
