Chally's "H.R. Assistant" is our Website that allows you to manage your Assessment services at your convenience. Think of it as your Human Resource department's internal, online assistant.

With H.R. Assistant, you can:

  • Quickly and easily set up candidates or employees for the Chally Assessment, choosing the position (including multiple positions), report type (Manager's version, Employee's version, or both), and delivery method
  • Monitor the status of any candidate's or employee's assessment, to see if it has been started, or finished
  • Order followup reports on additional positions, or additional report types, such as the employee's version for those candidates who have been hired
  • Access important background materials, such as Chally skills profiles for each position, Chally Interview Guides, sample reports by position, internal company procedure documents, etc.
  • Internet access for 24/7 availability

In addition, we can set up your account for multiple levels of access, for example:

  • Corporate-level versus Field-level access, which allows Corporate to oversee the status of all divisional or regional accounts
  • Restricted-access accounts that limit the assessment setup options such as delivery method, ability to access all results, or to see status of all candidates
  • Separate access for different business units or profit centers within your company
  • Separate access for each of your own customers' accounts
