A Manager's Report is produced and delivered after the candidate completes the online assessment. The report provides a hiring recommendation. This report serves two purposes: it is used in the candidate selection process and, if the candidate is hired, it becomes a coaching and counseling tool.

An Employee's Report is created after the candidate is hired, or it can be provided for employee development. The hiring recommendation is removed from this report and all information is written so it addresses the employee. This report ensures that the employee understands the critical skills that are required for success in the position, and it provides coaching tips for personnel development.
Career Development
Chally's Career Development Assessments evaluate an employee on a broad range of sales or management skills and identifies the area that is a best fit.
The "Best Fit" report is also available in a format that is written to the employee.
